1. Information We Collect

We only collect data necessary to provide and secure the Telemetry Manager service:

• Account Information: When you register an account, we collect your email address, username, full name, and encrypted credentials managed through Supabase Auth.
• License & Device Identity: When you activate a Pro license on the desktop client, we record a hashed machine identifier (Hardware ID hash) and friendly device name solely to maintain the 2-device concurrency limit.
• In-Game Telemetry: All real-time telemetry packets (lap times, speeds, tire temperatures, throttle/brake traces) are captured directly via local shared memory or UDP and processed locally on your machine. We do not stream, upload, or monetize your driving data.
• Payment Data: Payments are handled exclusively by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. We never view, collect, or store your credit card numbers, CVVs, or financial details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data for the following legitimate purposes:

• To authenticate your identity and allow account login and password recovery.
• To verify your Pro license status and sync activated devices across your account.
• To communicate essential service notifications (e.g. major release notes or critical security updates).
• To respond to your customer support requests and process refund claims.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

We maintain a clean, tracker-free web experience:

• We do not use third-party advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking cookies.
• We only use strictly necessary browser local storage keys to maintain your authenticated login session and client preferences.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to data brokers, advertisers, or third parties under any circumstances. We only partner with verified, security-compliant service providers necessary to operate the platform:

• Supabase: For secure cloud database storage and encrypted user authentication (SOC2 and GDPR compliant).
• Paddle: Our authorized Merchant of Record for global checkout processing, invoicing, and tax compliance under PCI-DSS Level 1 standards.

5. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA & KVKK)

Regardless of your geographic location, we respect your comprehensive privacy rights:

• Right to Access: You can view all active licenses and connected devices anytime directly in your account dashboard.
• Right to Rectification: You can update your account information by contacting support.
• Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You can request full deletion of your account, license history, and stored email by contacting us.
• Do Not Sell My Information (CCPA): We confirm that we do not sell personal information to any third parties.

6. Data Security & Retention

We employ industry-standard security measures including encrypted SSL/TLS data transmission, strict access controls ensuring users can only view their own records, and SHA-256 one-way cryptographic hashing for license keys and machine identifiers.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your credentials and associated machine pairings are permanently erased from our database within 30 days.
